These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AdsWorker, a global escrow marketplace for digital marketing services, buyer requests, seller services, seller guarantee deposits, promoted rankings, keyword advertising, wallet payments, Telegram login, Telegram channel publishing, and multilingual content translation. By creating an account, publishing a service or request, placing an order, paying a deposit, buying promotion, using Telegram login, or otherwise using AdsWorker, you agree to these Terms.
1. AdsWorker's Role
AdsWorker provides marketplace technology that helps buyers and sellers discover each other, communicate, place orders, hold payments in escrow, manage delivery, resolve disputes, and promote marketplace listings. AdsWorker is not the employer of sellers, not the buyer of services, and not a party to the underlying service contract except for operating platform rules, payments, fees, escrow, safety, moderation, and dispute workflows.
2. Account Types
- Buyers may register for free, publish digital marketing requests, purchase seller services, communicate with sellers, use escrow orders, and purchase request promotion.
- Sellers may register for free, publish the free number of services allowed by AdsWorker rules, sell services directly, pay seller guarantee deposits, purchase additional quotas, submit bids to buyer requests when eligible, and promote services or profiles.
- Admins may review accounts, content, orders, disputes, payments, guarantee deposits, promotions, keyword ads, translations, and Telegram channel publishing to protect the platform.
3. Eligibility and Account Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including orders, wallet activity, guarantee deposits, bids, promotions, keyword campaigns, Telegram login, and messages. AdsWorker may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Marketplace Listings and Requests
Services, buyer requests, seller profiles, keywords, portfolio items, prices, delivery times, revisions, and descriptions must be accurate and lawful. Listings must not mislead users, impersonate another party, infringe intellectual property, promote illegal activity, sell prohibited marketing methods, or promise results that cannot reasonably be delivered. Buyers should provide clear requirements. Sellers should clearly state scope, deliverables, delivery time, revision limits, and any conditions.
5. Escrow Orders, Delivery, and Revisions
AdsWorker may hold order funds in escrow until the order is completed, released, refunded, canceled, or resolved through the platform process. Buyers and sellers must communicate and deliver through AdsWorker unless AdsWorker expressly allows otherwise. Delivery, revision, cancellation, and dispute outcomes depend on the order scope, submitted evidence, marketplace rules, payment status, and admin review.
6. Platform Fees and Payments
AdsWorker may charge transaction fees, payment processing fees, wallet fees, promotion fees, keyword advertising spend, quota purchase fees, and other fees shown before purchase or configured in the admin system. Fees may vary by payment method, currency, country, promotion type, guarantee tier, or seller level. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, exchange rates, blockchain network fees, or processing rules.
7. Seller Guarantee Deposits and Quotas
AdsWorker may allow or require sellers to pay guarantee deposits to increase buyer trust, receive a guarantee badge, unlock request bidding, increase service publishing limits, or access additional quota purchases. Guarantee deposit tiers, bid limits, service limits, extra quota prices, refund conditions, and badge display are controlled by AdsWorker admin settings and may change over time.
Guarantee deposits are risk-control funds. They may be restricted, used, partially applied, or held during disputes, fraud review, chargeback review, policy violations, unresolved orders, or buyer protection cases. A seller may request a deposit refund only when AdsWorker rules allow it, such as when there are no active orders, disputes, unpaid fees, active promotions, unresolved buyer claims, or other risk blocks. Refund review may be manual and may not be instant.
8. Promotions and Keyword Advertising
Buyers and sellers may purchase promoted rankings, fixed promotion packages, or keyword advertising for services, requests, or seller profiles. Keyword ads may use bids, budgets, impressions, clicks, click deduplication, CTR, wallet charges, moderation status, and admin minimum CPC settings. Higher bids or promoted status may improve visibility, but AdsWorker does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, orders, revenue, or search ranking positions. AdsWorker may pause, reject, adjust, or ban promotions that are misleading, unsafe, low quality, abusive, or non-compliant.
9. Telegram Login, WebApp, Bot, and Channels
AdsWorker may support Telegram login and Telegram WebApp access through an official AdsWorker bot. AdsWorker may also publish approved services, buyer requests, and platform announcements to public language-specific Telegram channels. Channel posts are public and may include translated titles, summaries, prices, budgets, categories, and links. Do not publish confidential information in public services or requests. Telegram is a third-party platform and its own terms and privacy rules apply.
10. Automated Translation
AdsWorker may automatically translate public listings, requests, seller profiles, messages, order notes, announcements, support content, and Telegram channel posts into supported languages. Translations may be cached. Automated translations may be incomplete or inaccurate. The original user-submitted content and AdsWorker admin decisions control if there is a conflict. Users should review critical instructions, order scope, prices, and delivery requirements carefully before purchase or delivery.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Commit fraud, spam, phishing, impersonation, fake reviews, click fraud, ranking manipulation, or payment abuse.
- Move orders, payments, disputes, or required communications off-platform to avoid AdsWorker fees or safety controls.
- Publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, abusive, adult, malware-related, or prohibited marketing content.
- Sell or request services that violate platform policies, advertising platform rules, privacy laws, anti-spam rules, sanctions, or third-party rights.
- Misuse seller guarantee badges, claim false certification, misrepresent ad performance, or guarantee outcomes you cannot control.
- Scrape, attack, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with AdsWorker systems.
12. Reviews, Ratings, and Trust Signals
Reviews, ratings, completed orders, guarantee badges, sponsored labels, levels, verification marks, and marketplace statistics are trust signals, not guarantees. AdsWorker may remove, hide, adjust, or moderate trust signals if they are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, outdated, or generated through manipulation.
13. Disputes and Enforcement
AdsWorker may review order messages, files, delivery evidence, payment records, guarantee deposit status, promotion activity, and account history to resolve disputes or enforce policies. AdsWorker may cancel orders, release escrow, issue refunds or partial refunds, restrict withdrawals, hold deposits, remove listings, pause promotions, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable actions to protect buyers, sellers, and the platform.
14. Intellectual Property and Content License
You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant to buyers or sellers through an order. You grant AdsWorker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, cache, reproduce, distribute, index, promote, and publish your content as needed to operate AdsWorker, including marketplace pages, search, promotions, SEO, support, and Telegram channel posts. You must have the rights needed to upload and sell your content.
15. Third-Party Services
AdsWorker may integrate with payment providers, Google login, Telegram, Google Translate API, analytics tools, hosting providers, email systems, cloud storage, and other third-party services. AdsWorker is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, payment delays, translation errors, network fees, Telegram channel behavior, or policy decisions made by those providers.
16. No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside AdsWorker's control, including budget, creative quality, platform rules, market conditions, audience behavior, buyer requirements, seller expertise, advertising account status, and third-party algorithm changes. AdsWorker does not guarantee traffic, followers, conversions, rankings, revenue, ad approvals, or campaign performance unless expressly stated in a specific written agreement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdsWorker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from marketplace use, user content, payment delays, disputes, advertising outcomes, translation errors, Telegram channel posts, third-party services, or account restrictions. AdsWorker's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to AdsWorker for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to AdsWorker and These Terms
AdsWorker may update features, fees, guarantee tiers, quotas, promotion rules, keyword ad settings, payment methods, Telegram integrations, translation behavior, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AdsWorker after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, account rules, seller guarantee deposits, escrow orders, promotion billing, Telegram features, or disputes, please contact AdsWorker through the website Contact page or the support options in your dashboard.
